The Arty Ant
"Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up."
- Pablo Picasso

An average A-level student, just trying to set up a basis for my art. I consider myself as a freelance artist, who is more than willing to carry out photoshoots or create some crazy art. I am based around Photography and Graphic Design, but like to class myself as an open-minded artist, as I am not afraid of experimentation.
I am new to developing my art and I am still travelling down a countryside road trying to find my way to the highway where I feel comfortable. As I am a student, I believe my adventure as an artist has only just started.
People/Teacher/Elders always ask me - "where do you see yourself in 10 years?" Good question Margaret. I'm not sure to be honest. I would like to say that I see myself on a sun lounger in the middle of paradise with servants running around for me. But, lets be realistic here. I see myself walking the street in my quirky little outfit like every other unique individual. To me, that sounds great.
To me individuality is the key to life, and a major way of showcasing this is through the arts. The arts in themselves is something unique, because as hard as you try, nothing you create is ever going to be the same. (Unless you have a photocopier, as then it's pretty darn close to being a clone). Anyway, I feel art is the way forward for creating a statement. As no matter how hard you try, everyone will have a different perception on it. This is why art is so amazing. Individual perception is another point that is making the world a special place to be.
